The surface should be clean, dry and free from all dirt, grease, oils, waxes, mildew, curing agents, and other surface contaminants that may cause coating failure.
Remove all loose and peeling paint and lightly sand glossy surfaces.
Super Seal is supplied ready to use. DO NOT THIN. Mix thoroughly prior to use.
Easily applied with a quality brush, roller, airless spray and low pressure hand pump sprayer.
Always apply material to test panel prior to general application.
Vertical Surfaces: Start first coat application at the top of the area to be coated.
Apply flood coat with a 6"-8" rundown and back-roll material into surface voids.
Apply second coat before the first coat dries completely to insure complete saturation of the surface. Remove excess material with a clean dry roller.
Horizontal Surfaces: Apply 2 wet on wet coats. The first coat should be applied until the surface is saturated to create a deep bond. The second coat can be a lighter application since the pores of the surface are already filled. Remove excess standing or ponding material with a clean dry roller.
Coverage: Covers approximately 200-300 square feet per gallon depending on
type of application and porosity of the surface to be treated.
Dry Time: Dries to the touch in 1 - 2 hours,
may be re coated in 3 - 4 hours depending on conditions.
Clean up any spills, painting tools and equipment with warm soapy water.
